Property was decent. No major issues. However, despite advertising free airport pick-up, they said they don't have drivers available. I even called them a day earlier, and they confirmed they provide 24x7 pickup. The sofa bed didn't have a pillow or blanket, but they sent one after I called them. They even refused to give us a few extra minutes to checkout and wanted us to leave the room right on time. Most hotels allow an hour or so of extra time but not these guys. Won't stay there again.

1) website sis no shuttle. Took Uber only to find out website was wrong! Incurred an extra unnecessary expense 2) we stayed 2 nights, room was not made up after second night—not sure why and we arrived too late to deal with it 3) large dog in room next to us barked all night on the second night

There's a reason that we stay at this hotel whenever we're in Indy. Members of the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. It's quiet. Breakfast is plentiful. Proximity to the Indy airport and car park is perfect.

We stayed for overnight before flight. We got there at 745pm and were trying to get to bed early as we had to be up at 245am for a flight. The people above us were stomping and running across the floor for over an hour straight. I called at 9pm and was told since it wasn’t quiet time yet (10pm) there wasn’t much they could do except ask them to calm it down. The stomping and running and jumping didn’t stop til after 10pm. Needless to say it was a long night with little sleep since we had to be awake at 245am.
