Convenient location to the airport. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.

Room had an odor to it when we walked in. Asked front desk if they had any air freshener but it didn’t really help. Bed covers had light stains that looked like they weren’t washed fully out yet. New towels were slightly damp as if they weren’t fully dried in the laundry. Storage drawer had food crumbs (like Fritos) Walls are utility grey and cool white LED lights make it feel more like a cinder block room than a hotel. Beds were OK at best. Could barely see out the dirty window into the view of the parking lot. I’d say it’s ok for a one night airport layover but that’s about it. Staff was friendly though.

I get it, charging a premium price for a mediocre hotel on a weekend where there's an event at the speedway. But at lease spend some money on a decent breakfast (very poor selection of muffins, breads, cereal, and not much else at the time breakfast opened, not even at the end of service)! Huge potholes in poorly maintained parking lot. No restaurants within walking distance. Only think I can say it's a relatively easy drive to the track, but will never stay here again.

Truckers: good place to stay with plenty of parking past the actual hotel building. Doesn’t look like much parking at first. Driveway is a little narrow to enter property. Not close to places to eat, so best to order in. My husband is a hot shot driver, and I book his hotel/motel stays based on parking availability and like to help other truck drivers who are looking for the same.

This hotel was fine, for a budget friendly hotel. Conveniently located to the airport. Other hotels within walking distance had restaurants.

Staff was very kind and courteous upon arrival to check. We were traveling from Champaign Illinois for surgery, to wake up to prepare for surgery to find out that there wasn’t any hot water at all. We literally had to heat cups of water in the microwave to wash up.

Shuttle from the airport is not free. The reception did not pick up call. No shampoo provided, the shower water temperature was cold, shower head was not working properly.

I’ve traveled for 45 years and this was the worst experience ever. The girl at the counter talking to her husband or boyfriend before, during and after my check in.The room was dirty, the fitted sheet was just laid across the bed, the sink hot water did not work, the floor was filthy and last but not least I fell in the bathtub while taking a shower because there was no slip guards or mat in the bathtub or handles (A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN!) The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I will make it a point to put this review out everywhere possible.

After trying for 3 hours to talk to someone about a shuttle ride and being told we would be good to go, when checking in a different story. The front clerk was rude and didn’t care what we were told, she made the rules. Would highly recommend NOT staying here.

I called on Friday to explain why I was not able to make it to Indianapolis. I spoke with a young lady which said a manager would call me back. I am yet to hear back. During our flight we had a emergency mechanical problem and the Pilot had emergency land in Dallas. we were not able to get a connecting flight. I called that night from Dallas when we landed and the guy that answered said he couldn't help me that night. so I needed to call the following day which was Friday. I was told the manager was not able to speak to me and I would get a return call. let I mentioned before I never received a call back. I writing this review with the expectation that I'm going to still get no call back. but guess will see.
