Ideal location. Quiet despite being close to airport. Nicely equipped exercise room. Free shuttle to airport. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast a step above many hotels that have them.

Easy to get to from Indianapolis airport. Room was large and clean. Sink separate from to toilet area. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good options. But my biggest surprise was the bar and 24 hour restaurant service off the lobby. The menu had a decent assortment of food and all of it coming out of the kitchen looked really good. I got the buffalo chicken tacos that came with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole and chips. I couldn’t eat it all. The guest next to me had the chicken quesadillas which also Looked good. I will definitely stay here again.

We were super impressed with the design and layout of our room. We are a family of 5 and the design accommodated us well. The shuttle services were on time and great. The whole building was in very good order and clean. We will be looking to stay at more Hyatt Places in the future.

It took an hour to get my car. I was not happy since I travel with my disabled husband and it was very uncomfortable for him to wait that long.

We were a party of 3, for a one night stay. Loved the spacious room and breakfast. Best part was the hotel airport shuttle was waiting for us at airport at 1:30 am, based on my call hours earlier (to confirm that shuttle was running that late). We really appreciated this!

Love my stay there it was for one night because I was traveling interstate but my experience there was amazing love it if I ever see myself in Indianapolis again I will choose this hotel once again.
