The property was nice & clean, we were on the first floor which was great. Easy transfer from car to room with kids. Room keypad didn’t work properly but was able to get in after a few try’s & room wasn’t cooling but maintenance fixed it. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay before catching an early morning flight. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the convenience of the airport shuttle and allowing us to park our car for the week until we returned, again taking the shuttle back from airport to hotel. Parking was cheaper than airport and will probably use that service again.

First I waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle from the airport. When I came to my room, it was probably 55 in there with the temp set at 70. Took my bed about an hour to get up to temp. Bistro was closed in the morning so no breakfast either. Very disappointed.

Description said it slept 4 but the pull out couch was a twin so someone had to sleep on the floor, given the hotel was full due to the grounding of multiple flights we were unable to change our room. Also it is pretty far away from the airport.

The staff was wonderful. The shuttle service from the airport was easy and amazing. Hotel is surprisingly quiet even though it is close to the airport.
