Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

After landing at Indy airport and getting out to the area where all the hotel shuttles are, I called the hotel asking when the shuttle will come. The person who answered the phone told me the shuttle will arrive at 1pm. It was 12:34pm when I called. We waited until 1:20pm and got on a shuttle with a Fairfield Inn & Suites label. When we got there we realize it was the wrong Fairfield. That means the shuttle for this Fairfield Airport never came! I doublechecked my call history and confirmed I did call the right hotel. We ended up having to pay for our own Uber to get to the hotel! When we got to the hotel, we complained this to the staff member there and he said he would talk to his manager about giving us 5000 reward points. But it never happened! Also, one of the evenings they had this prize wheel by the reception desk. We played and landed on the 5000 points slot. The staff member asked our room number and he said he got my member ID so it will be added to my account. Again, this never happened. The room was OK. The beds' fitted sheets are so small that they did not cover the depth of the mattress. They came off multiple times during our stay. One positive thing is the employee who took care of preparing breakfast was fabulous. She was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast choices were quite good!

Everything was pretty good. Rooms were comfortable, not a lot of noise except the AC unit that could be a bit loud. There is not much in the immediate area but down town is so close and the cost of our stay made it it much more worth while to stay here and renting a car vs. taking a lyft/uber or worse yet paying $30-$50 per day in valet parking at over priced downtown hotels. I'd say the breakfast was the worst part; almost everything was gone and what was there was not great. Cup of coffee sufficed... If you're not spending a lot of time in the room and you need a clean/comfortable place to crash this place is well worth it overall and would definitely stay again.

Close to airport, was a comfortable stay after missing a flight.

I made the 1-night reservation the very same day as check-in, actually while I was at my departing airport (so there were rooms available same day at this hotel). Unfortunately, my flight was then canceled (not even more than a few hours after I booked this room) and there were absolutely no flight options to fly out that night. I spoke with Expedia who then contacted the hotel directly to ask for a refund. The hotel denied it. While I was still chatting with Expedia, I called the hotel myself, explained my flight was canceled, and they said they would contact the general manager to ask for approval. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I finally hung up and called back again. After another couple minutes of waiting, they inform me the general manager has not approved my cancellation and I will not be refunded my money. If rooms were sold out for weeks I would understand. Rooms were still available. Terrible customer service.

Friendly atmosphere, staff was welcoming. Would stay here again in the future. Was quick to get to the airport. Location was good.

Older building and a little inconvenient to the airport.

Great choice to stay if you have an early flight from Indianapolis airport. Clean, quiet, has everything you need at a reasonable price and friendly staff.

This hotel made it very easy to get to the airport, and the staff were all very nice and helpful.
