The location is convenient to the airport. The shuttle was great. We were in town to visit our son at Butler University for family weekend. The commute was not bad.

It was a hotel by the airport, so we didn’t expect much- especially with how little we paid. But honestly, it was a pretty great hotel. Wonderfullly friendly staff, great renovations, access to drinks/snacks/coffee, and THE MOST comfortable mattress I’ve stayed on in a hotel is years. Will definitely choose this place again. Area around the hotel was typical airport iffy. And the old furniture from the previous renovation was stacked outside the window. But overall, you couldn’t beat it for the price paid and the sleep we got on that mattress.

It was a great stay. Ell, the bus driver to the airport, was fantastic. A great guy who made it a great start to the day.

We stayed only one night so we didn’t get to really experience it all, which was unfortunate. For the first part of our trip I made the mistake of thinking Airbnb could be a better option, it was not, just dirty and not customer centric. Coming to this hotel was such a relief. Now I know where to stay in the future when we visit. My son was so excited to be in the hotel. We received great service from Christian at checkin and from Rod who shuttled us to the airport.

The pool was under construction and that was not communicated when I booked the hotel. Also people were slamming doors, running up and down the halls, and socializing in the hallways at 1:30am. Super loud and noisy. We had an extremely early flight and needed sleep which we did not get. Elevators were a little janky too.

We stayed there for a flight and it was close to the airport. I worked there from 2000-2010 and it was like coming home. There were many upgrades made to the property but still the same old place.

The room was clean but the plug in bathroom didn’t work, the elevator wasn’t working in the back hall where our room was located, buffet was the only thing you could have on the breakfast menu, the pool was under construction.
The hotel did knock off money from our stay for the inconvenience. The best feature was the shuttle service, always on time, drivers were very friendly. The hotel staff were also very friendly and pleasant.

The location is convenient for airport travel, and the check-in staff was friendly and thorough. Although the bed was very comfortable and room was an adequate size, the bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate between the toilet and tub/shower as they were just inches apart. What really disappointed us were stains in the tub and filthy stains on the curtains. Next time we need an airport hotel in Indy we will choose a different one.
Also, there was major reconstruction and re-landscaping around the pool area which we were not informed of prior to our stay.
