Expedia bot incorrectly told me there was an airport shuttle when there was not. The bit even asked for my flight number and arrival time and assured me that the shuttle would be there. Talking with the hotel staff this is a regular problem.

I booked 2 hotel rooms traveling for business. I check in after a 14 hr manual labor work day in the heat only to find out after we checked in that they shut the hotels water off. Four grown men couldn’t shower, wash a face, brush teeth after such a day. No accommodations were made. As of now no refund was offered or relocation to a sister hotel etc. Over all this stay was the worst of my work year.

We stayed before our flight the next morning. The lady at check in was very polite and helpful. This is a convenient place to stay as it’s only 10min Uber from the airport. The room was clean with working AC

Overall, this was a solid place to stay. Staff were courteous, accommodations were adequate, reasonable distance from downtown and the airport. and pricing was fair. My room had a basic kitchenette which was handy, and would be useful for longer term stays. There is a small breakfast spread in the mornings to get you going, and parking. Nothing flashy or upscale, but also not anything poor or a red flag. The only big negative I’d say is since it is in an industrial park you have to drive or get a ride to get around, and there isn’t too much to walk to nearby. At the end of the day, it’s somewhere to rest and stay while you’re traveling, and it accomplishes that well.

Booked a room here as I had an early flight the next morning. Place was ran down. Hotel smelled of pot! Outside doors did not lock. People had guns in their waist bands. Did not feel safe!

The hotels is in poor condition. There was a flyer in the room stating if you needed glasses or tableware or even coffee cups ask the front desk they had nothing. We got two dissimilar coffee cups, one spoon and a coffee pot and a bag. Not as advertised.

Awful beds, not even a comforter but more like a sheet. Ours had random hairs on it. Security lock on door was missing. Entry door from parking lot that’s supposed to be key card access only had the door handle taped so anyone could enter at anytime. They were having a new roof put on and there were shingles and nail EVERYWHERE. Complete mess. All they cared about at the front desk was getting the $100 deposit. 0/10 never ever recommend unless you are wanting to experience the ghetto.

A/C shut off after 5 minutes and wouldn’t come back on. Towels looked dirty! Wash rag had clumps of hair in it. They were roofing until 8pm and had all parking spots full in front, The room stunk like a mildew smell. Definitely do not recommend.
