We’ve always stayed at this hotel the night before flying out. It’s always been very nice, but this last time was a little different. The overall condition of the room was rough. The bathroom floor was pulling up, had crud all over the shower like it wasn’t properly cleaned, and several broken items. The lights and mirror were rusty and cracked. We found hair on our bed sheets. I wasn’t as impressed this time. The staff is great! Super friendly, however due to cleanliness and condition, we probably won’t stay here in the future.

Needed to stay before we flew out very early, the shuttle was wonderful and the property was clean and nice. Would stay here again!

Everything was great about the stay. We were impressed with every staff member from check-in to check-out and the courteousness of the shuttle drivers. Would recommend to anyone. The shuttle driver even had hot coffee and danishes for us at 3am for the shuttle ride to the airport.

Nice hotel and clean! I like to be near Fast Park and this one is very close. However it offers its own free shuttle service with $25.00 parking up to nine days. I would have used but never sure if I will come home to snow and it’s not covered parking but still a good deal. The hotel is a bit pricey and I don’t always choose this hotel when prices are up!

This is a very nice hotel. It’s located conveniently to the airport. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Supermarkets and restaurants are 15 minutes if so away. I would stay here again.

Like the fact is located near the airport and 'fast park' parking facility. I appraise real estate for a living and was impressed with the overall quality of construction of the hotel.

I was asked to go to another hotel for the evening I was staying. Ended up paying $10 more to park my car and shuttle to the airport. Very disappointing.

Quiet! We checked in on a Sunday afternoon. There was barely anyone in the parking lot. Check in was quick and easy, very friendly. We used the swimming pool, a little chilly for the adults, but the kid loved it. I was not awakened at all by people in the hall or above us(which has never happened for me.) Breakfast was fine, simple. My dairy free, gluten free daughter had issues finding something to eat, but did find one thing. Very nice hotel, would stay again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to the things we were doing.

New hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Control of A/c - which you don’t often get. Friendly staff - will help you any way they can. Great airport shuttle service.
