WoodSpring Suites Indianapolis Airport South

stayed there from 7/26-7/30 traveled from maryland. stayed in room 227, key didn’t work at first (wasn’t even assigned that room that’s why it didn’t work), room wasn’t even made no sheets, no towels, nothing. had roaches in the room (have pictures), told the front desk and they didn’t believe me at first, then switched rooms to room 416 and then the toilet overflowed within the same day, had to get a plunger cause the hotel didn’t have a snake to fix it & still didn’t get fixed. worse experience honestly & never returning back to that hotel. outside looked like they never cleaned the parking lot. trash everywhere.

The room smelled strongly of bleach. Staff was friendly but clueless. We ordered a handicap room and they had no idea what I was talking about. The place was sufficient for our layover to catch an early flight, but only if I closed my eyes. Halls smelled of smoke and weed and lots of folks hanging out at their cars late night. Creepy vibe.

Property was close to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful

The room next to me was extremely load and rude. Ask the desk to ask them to quiet down since it was 11pm. They got upset at the desk clerk and started to scream more while their kids ran and jumped off the bed. Then continued to argue about who is doing what drugs!! I was very upset and couldn’t sleep. Missed my flight!! Luckily Jamie at the fest this morning was helpful and let me have a late check out. Wouldn’t stay here again or refer anyone.

Front desk is fantastic. 12 minutes from airport and 15 from Lucas Oil Stadium.

very pleasant lodgings for the night before a flight. the ac was great, the room was clean, the staff were kind and helpful. definitely recommend!

Guests were barbewuing and paetying in the parking lot.

Traveled with family and it was a good stay. Room was clean, the guests were very respectful, just regular noise for people coming and going. Staff is very friendly in both shifts. Gas station and dollar tree on almost same parking lot. Very convenient.

It sucks . I was there for 2 days 03/20 - 03/21 There Is no front agent desk people . Have to wait 10 minutes then this young lady showed up without apologizing for wait . Elevator doesn’t work There was no toilet paper in restroom Bed mattress sucks . Felt like they just got it from garage sale. I travel often for work . This is the worst experience I have . Never ever booking again
