Check in was very easy and friendly. We always stay here when we fly out of Jacksonville. Very convenient to airport and offsite parking. Even has a Longhorn in front parking lot! The only criticism this stay is the pillows are terrible. They are super soft and “crumbly “. Very hard to get any kind of head/neck support which really affected my sleep.

We only stayed one day, but it was near the airport, easy to get to and a nice experience. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfy and the breakfast is good. The hotel is a little dated. The staff are what sets this place apart of the rest. They are so friendly and accommodating and take great pride in what they do. I’ve been using this hotel for years when I have flights in and out of Jax.

Close to the airport. Quiet and clean. Front desk person expedited the check-in and provided directions to restaurant options. Very friendly.

I am 68 and in good shape physically - Room was over $400 / night and they charge $27/night to park and $35/ night for basically beach/pool towels and 4 bottles of water a day - pool and cantina were the best part - If you don’t want to do a lot of walking, maybe look for a different place - parking lot is integrated with the building and the general public uses it too, so getting a good spot is a crap shoot - it’s a nice place, but I’ve stayed at nicer places in other states for less - parking in this area is very scarce and expensive, not the hotels fault

Close to the airport. The hotel never answered 10 phone calls from the airport for the shuttle. Had to take an uber over. But the morning shuttle to the airport was good and on time.
