Quality Inn Long Beach - Signal Hill

Not much around the area. All retail and restaurants. Staff was nice. Rooms were OK, but convenient shuttle to the cruise ship.

Stayed here before a cruise. They offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal, we paid $30 total for a family of 6. They gave us a late checkout. This hotel is also only about 10 minutes away from Shoreline. The staff were friendly, I was surprised how enjoyable this stay was!

I paid to be picked up at the cruise terminal after our cruise and they told me just to call when we get off our boat. We get off around 0730 and I call and they say they don’t start pickups until 0900. They never told me that. I would have stayed on the boat and relaxed. Now I’m off the boat, through customs, waiting for 2 hours now with my three kids and parents who need to catch a flight to LAX. All because they communicate poorly. I called a cab instead of waiting 2 hours. It was a poor performance by Quality Inn.

Old buildings, but the room was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Not an elegant experience, but delivered as promised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Abundant parking.

It was just right for our purposes. It was nice to have the complementary breakfast which was perfectly adequate for us and had a decent selection of choices. It was very clean and the parking was convenient.

being able to park and take a shuttle to Carnival

Very noisy, you can hear people in and out all night. I try to get the transportación to the airport and the set time within two hours of waiting, no convenient for tourist. Place was dirty and parking was very busy with trucks and business matter . No recommended

excellent room and shuttle to ship, breakfast was what I eat at home

Lied and said they had a shuttle to the cruise port and they had no openings on it and only 1 shuttle an hour
