Clean property. Clean and quiet rooms. Plenty of free parking. Dining was good although a bit overpriced but what do you expect from a hotel.

This was my first time staying at this location. Our experience at checking in was a good experience. Our room was cold walking in which was no big deal except we attempt to turn the heater on and it felt like it never warm up even though the thermostat read at 84 degrees..🤔🤔 Upon the day of check out which checkout was 12pm, At 1205pm I get this aggressive knocks on the door by the housekeeper questioning me about my time of check out. I told him I was grabbing my suitcase and heading out now. He continues to question me like I was a child I told him he was being very unprofessional but did not seem to care and was tapping on his watch. So rude and unprofessional. I’ve travel a lot and never been encountered with this type of service. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Good condition, good restaurant/bar on-site. We were able to check in early and is within 10 minutes of airport…only downfall was the website shows airport shuttle begins at 5:30am but it does not begin until 6am so had to take Uber/taxi..

Great hotel with nice amenities. It is rather close to airport, so morning take offs can be a little loud if you’re a light sleeper.

The Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. My first contact with Atemai and she helped to accomodate our difficult sheduling due to early morning red-eye flight arrival. She is priceless!

Check in was extremely quick and the representative was the most polite check-in person that I have ever dealt with. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the bedding was comfortable. Nice shopping area called The Hanger less than 5 min away, with tons of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommended this hotel for travel near or around Long Beach.
