Homewood Suites by Hilton Long Beach Airport

Such a clean and spacious room. Beds were comfortable, big thing for me traveling! Staff was so helping and nice. The breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice but there was a lot of people hanging out at the hotel and in the pool that weren't staying there. Maybe friends of the employees. Really awkward. I've never had people hanging out at a hotel and using the pool that weren't guest like this. Because of this I won't be coming back. I'm not too sure how they got into the pool area, if they were let in or got in some other way. Some people in the pool, others having party for a big group by the pool.. And people parked in there cars hanging out in the parking area in the back of the hotel.

Great location…close to airport and walkable to food and shopping. Only complaint, we paid $18 per night for parking. We made a special point of paying for the parking separately each day as we did not park on the property every night. We were charged for the whole week instead of the 5 nights we actually parked. Staff service and breakfast very good!!

Very clean facilities in an excellent location. Close to the airport with hotel shuttle service available. Shopping and dining within walking distance. Surrounding area is beautiful and well-maintained. Exceptional customer service from hotel and shuttle staff; very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again.

The young woman who picked us up from the airport and checked us in was amazing. Great customer service.

For the price of this hotel, the service provided when reporting a problem with the room was very disappointing. I got a text right after check in asking if our room was ok and I reported that there was a very large section of carpet outside the bathroom that was soaking wet and I was concerned there might be a leak. They asked if it was ok to send someone up and I said yes please and no one ever showed up. As there was 5 of us in the room, we stayed up in the living room waiting for maintenance to show up and when we finally got a knock on the door at 10:15 it was not maintenance but someone who worked at the hotel telling us that quiet hours were in effect and we needed to be quiet. We were not loud by any means, just talking in the living room. I then reported this issue the next morning and was just told “hmmmm, I’ll chat with the staff from last night to see what happened”. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the shuttle driver from the airport was an amazing lady.

The property is close to the airport and there are restaurants and shopping very close by. The rooms were well equipped and the service was exemplary. Will definitely stay here the next time I am at Long Beach.

The Homewood was exactly what it needed to be. Close to the airport, clean, comfortable, and included breakfast. The text to my phone after we arrived to check in and see if the room was ok was a nice touch. We would stay there again.
