It was nice clean and beautiful hotel. We were traveling from out of town heading on a cruise. The hotel is in a great location. The shuttle service picked us up from the airport and brought to the hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived. It was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. I loved that the hotel was around many restaurants, and other places you could walk to. I am looking forward to coming back again

Nice and clean Hotel. However you have to pay $15 per car even if you have a room there. This will be my last time i stay here.
Not a fan of paying for parking when your staying at the Hotel

Extended my stay and booked last minute for conveniant location to the airport. The first two rooms I was assigned were filthy. Furniture was missing hardware, stained carpet, bodily fluids on a chair, hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor. The 3rd room was inspected but it was like pulling teeth to motivate staff for assistance at every turn.

The room is very small and I don't recommend for the price and you need to pay 15 dollar parking is the first time I pay for parking

Inside everything looks old. No good restaurant nearby. No shuttle service to LAX. Breakfast too expensive. Had to wait for 1 hr for shuttle to pick from LGB airport.

Location is near the airport. Hotel offered complimentary transportation which was nice. It could use some updating and the beds were not comfortable at all. Also, rooms were not ready until after 4:00 pm

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early flight. Comfortable but no frills. Front desk person was not the friendliest and got the room and the entry key cards wrong. Had to return to get the right cards. We reserved a king but got two doubles/queens. But the room we ended up in was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The night light was an added bonus. Overall a decent room.

The place was terrible. I have pictures that I’d love to send I put a qualifation that the hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport. This place provided a shuttle from Long Beach airport. We flew in to LAX
