We stay here every other weekend because we travel from Bakersfield to Long Beach and it is always a nice place to stay very clean and great customer service! I always recommended this place to family and friends! :)

I had a 20ft U-Haul truck and the parking lot was for cars and just enough room for the guests. I found a place in the street a block away. The place was as clean as can be expected for an older independently owned place in the city but everything worked. They had a pool that looked clean.

Smaller hotel but in a nice location about 10 minutes or less from downtown and cruise terminals. Several restaurants nearby and a great donut place across the street.

Pro: Free parking, staff available, location is ok.
Con: dirty pool, sink leaks, no closet only rack. Tv on the left instead of the middle of the bed, no coffee tea complements

The rooms are straight forward & clean. The staff was very friendly. We were disappointed to not get a wash cloths w/ out daily clean/linen, but obviously that isn't a huge deal. I would say the only real bummer was insufficient parking spaces. We were out & about during the day/evening & when we returned had no non-handicap parking space available. Otherwise it was a good stay & good price.

The check in was okay but I was told l only had a choice of 2 parking spaces. The entire lot was empty but was only limited to park in 2 spots and if I didn’t park there my car would be towed! I left to go get coffee and someone had took my spot to park. When I asked the staff where I could park, she was hesitant and then told me I could then park elsewhere in the parking lot. Please don’t limit your guest with parking options when you have an entire lot of empty spaces.

When I seen the pictures posted of the property it seemed nice. When I showed up it was many people lurking in the parking lot. I asked to cancel my reservation just for staff to tell me it’s too late and don’t let me begin on the room's. NEVER AGAIN

Room was clean and comfortable but hard alot of mosquitoes or flying insects that literally kept me up, could not sleep. Management came to spray the room but still did not help.

Everyone in today's world brings electronic devices when they travel. There were no wall outlets in the room to charge anything or plug in my computer. I had to run an extension cord to the bathroom to plug anything in.
