Overview

The Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Long Beach Airport is a budget-friendly option close to the airport, convenient for those needing easy access to flights. However, guest reviews reveal significant inconsistencies in cleanliness and maintenance. While some appreciate the location and pet-friendly policy, many report issues such as dirty rooms, pest infestations, and a generally run-down condition. Noise complaints and safety concerns related to the surrounding area are also frequent. Potential guests should carefully weigh the convenience of the location against the reported maintenance issues.

Security was a big issue. Way too many people loitered in the parking lot. There was trash all over the parking lot.

NEVER EVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN! I booked a 1 night stay here simply because it was close to the airport, and I had an early flight the next morning. I walked in and to my surprise the “handicap” doors did not have an automatic opening, just two swing doors with a handicap sticker. The lobby was dark and dingy, the girl at the front desk looked like she was about done with that place, and the vibe overall was unsettling. I checked in, no issues there, Brenda was very friendly and checked me in very quickly. I found a luggage cart and struggled to move it and bring it outside, since the doors weren’t automatic. My sister and I loaded up and headed to our room. Every corner was a tight squeeze, so imagine navigating a bulky cart with a week’s worth of luggage and sports equipment. I heard a smoke detector in the hallway chirping, I guess no one thought to change the battery. The elevator let out a loud screeching ding sound before it took us to the 3rd floor. More tight corners to move around, we kept hitting the walls despite being careful, it was annoying to move around. The maid’s cart was in the hallway and we had little room to squeeze past. The hallways were dim and honestly something out of a horror movie scene. We entered the room and it looked like a cheap motel, outdated kitchenette, everything was dingy, and just ugly.. We started checking the room, as we always do since I frequently travel, and I’m happy we did. The bathroom towel had a visible red stain, t

I have stayed at this property several times now, but this trip was the worst one. I was on the ground floor right off the lobby with the room facing the Main Street. All night long you could hear the noise in the lobby and the people outside partying in the parking lot. The grab and go breakfast was a disappointment to say the least. This was the last time I will book at this hotel

Despite that the elevator wasn’t working, they managed to accommodate my disability needs quickly. Just off the freeway exit, and close to the airport; it is one block f the places that are pet friendly.

Common areas are dark and dirty.. My room had been smoked in and then some deodorizer dumped over it. The furniture is ancient and all beat up. Everywhere in the parking lot people were smoking weed. Charging $160 per night for a room like this is pretty gutsy....I would not go there again.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling to pick up a dog, and they allowed pets. we were given a room on the second floor, there was no shower curtain we asked twice for shower curtain, but never received one. Sheets and blankets had holes and tears in them. The most distressing, however, was waking up the last morning to find the kitchen and bathroom crying with cockroaches. Disgusting.
