We were in town for a funeral and this location was excellent to pick up family at the adjacent airport. We were only in the room to s!eep an not much else we did take advantage of the breakfast which was great both days.

Nicely appointed, clean room in this new property. Staff members are friendly, good communicators. Airport shuttle is convenient, and we were able to use it to return to the hotel after returning our rental car at the Long Beach airport. Genevieve was great: check in AND shuttle driver. What a multi-talented and valuable brand ambassador. Breakfast was good with fine variety. Could do with find more fruit, but overall representative of standard Hampton Inn fare. Nice variety of restaurants and a Whole Foods within easy walking distance.

Got in late last night from a very long flight from London. Young lady at the front desk was very apologetic that they had overbooked king rooms, and there were none available. She compensated us by giving us free parking and some snack items from your hotel store. I was very appreciative of her kindness. Good business. I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Stayed 2 nights before our cruise. The hotel is nice and new. Our room was nice and clean and everything worked. It’s located close to a lot of food options across the street. I was surprised how quiet it was since it’s near the airport. Our stay came with breakfast. It was ok and will do the job. I’ve had better and worse. It’s middle of the road. Overall I would stay again.

Staffs are very nice. Check in is quick. Hotel is close to all shops and restaurants. Easy parking. Area is safe.

Hotel was beautifully appointed. There were good food choices for the breakfast buffet. Food and shopping options are within walking distance. The only thing that wasn’t good was the $18/night parking fee which was NOT mentioned on their site or during the booking process. So that represented a surprise fee.

It was where I needed to go. However, $18 per day for parking was pretty steep.
