I had one problem after another staying here and I never complain! Two of the four hot tubs were closed. And the two that were open were low on water, so the jets were above the water, and spraying everywhere. I told the front desk about this and they assured me that it would be filled that night. The next day nothing changed. Parking is a disaster and overpriced. It took me over an hour to find a parking spot in the garage. I have stayed at many Hilton’s and would never stay here again.

Did not know when reservations made that there would be a charge for parking. If we would have known we would have returned our rental car and utilized the shuttle service. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Shower in our room didn’t work. Woke up in time to shower then head to the airport and the shower didn’t work. Everything else was adequate. Just was disappointing everything was nice except that the shower didn’t work which was hugely inconvenient.

Room - hard to control the temperature
Eating - prices are ridiculous- amenities like water were definitely way over priced. Felt they took advantage of travelers in all food/beverages in the hotel

During the hours of your stay, if you get very loud due to the fact that there are parties or weddings at the ballroom or stay, there was a wedding going on, and it was really loud. If you were just using this place to rest your heads and go to LAX I guess it’s OK. Keep in mind the parking is ridiculously overpriced at $60 a night. I will not be staying here again.

Coming into the lobby, you are going to think this place is amazing. However, once you get into the room, it is apparent it needs a face lift. The bed is cheap and uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and filthy (a pig with a wig and make up on). Lastly, the parking fee is absurd ($63 for valet and $54 for self-park). I stayed overnight with my wife. We went to Maestro’s and a comedy show. I wish there was a refrigerator to store my leftovers. On a good note the service is great and the staff is friendly/accommodating. Basically, my wife told me she’d prefer not to stay there again.

It’s super close to airport and rooms were spacious and comfy. Room service was below average. Expect a paper bag, plastic utensils, and microwaved food. Maybe that is ok for a mid tier hotel but when you’re paying 200+ usd you’d expect at least a cart service let alone silverware…
