Just what you need when transiting LAX. Free airport shuttle. Go upstairs to departures and eait at the red sign.

Quick checkin and pleasant dining experience at the resturant. However, it took 15 mins for the hot water to kick in. And since it was super late and we were leaving early am for the airport, I declined energineer’s help. Little did I know…the hot water faded, while i was in the shower, in the am.

Firstly, the staff were very rude. The room I stayed in was like a cage. The only positive aspect is the lobby; the main entrance and bar look like a 4-star hotel. However, the service, room quality, and facilities aren't worth what they are charging. Most importantly, for those who need to use the airport transfer, their buses do not operate frequently enough, so you may end up waiting at the airport for 30 minutes to an hour. The distance is only a 5-minute drive, and you’ll regret seeing many other hotel shuttles running and loading tourists at the terminal while Rennanice and Mariotto buses do not. One really annoying thing I noticed was while I was on the bus; I saw a tourist at the bus stop waving their hand, which was clearly visible, but the bus driver did not stop. Honestly, don’t expect the bus transfer, or you will regret it like I did.

Loved the location as it was so close to the airport, grateful for the shuttle service Rooms were adequate./functional Breakfast was not included and the Buffett was overpriced Loved the lounge area and the bar and bar food available

Nice hotel despite the construction around the property. Everything was amazing and very cozy for my stay. However this has been the highest parking fee that I’ve ever paid for valet or self parking. Also walls are a little thin and I inadvertently heard my neighbors conversations. But still enjoyed my stay!

This is a very nice hotel near the airport. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is some road construction that can make getting in the parking garage confusing, but otherwise, convenient.

I needed a hotel for a planned brief overnight stay near Los Angeles airport. This airport had a shuttle and was pretty and clean. Met my needs nicely.

The hotel itself was nice, our room was clean but the shower curtain smelled of mildew. The bar and casual dining are was seriously understaffed. Too many people for one bartender that handled all drinks and food orders, for those in the lounge area and for those ordering room service. Self parking can be expensive. We bought the parking with our room reservation which saved some money. Parking spaces are super tight! Luckily, we found a spot that we could squeeze into and get out of our Jeep and the same two cars were next to us when we left the next morning! No dings on our doors. Valet parking is $75! Ouch! Not enough staff at front desk either.
