General hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and make sure you're having a great stay. The hotel is a little pricey compared to the surrounding hotels, though. The valet staff could use a little professional development with customer service, but overall the parking situation is easy.

We had an 8am flight so we decided to drive from Orange and return our rental car early and take advantage of the free airport shuttle. Best decision we made even tho changing hotels with 4 people (luckily 3 adults and 1 teen) is a pain the airport shuttle was worth it. We like the rooms cold but the AC doesn't have a constant on and the fridge has a timer and no freezer but not a deal breaker all in all staff was friendly and bell hop was quick to grab our bags we will come back again if we have another early morning flight to catch!

Staff were amazing. Rooms were not sound proof as you could hear young kids next door screaming and young couples partying. The AC was also noisy. That being said, this stay was an overnight layover for an early flight, beds were comfy and food was yummy, which suited our needs.

Close to airport with free shuttle bus pick-up and drop off. The stops to pick up at airport is now on the upper level at departures. Terminal 3, 6 whatever gate you terminal you arrive at just look to see if they have pick up. Hotel is lovely, fabulous pool, and close to bus stops should you require to go to Santa Monica or Westfield Shopping Centre Culver city. However I found the staff this time not that friendly, just doing their job to speak. Had a dirty room after checking in and asked to be moved. The Housekeeping rang the manager, and he said he would organise something else. Well after about 45min when I did not get any response, I had to go downstairs which my bags and enquire. Nobody there knew anything about it. However it was sorted, but very annoying when one has travelled about 22 hours.

I usually enjoy Marriott’s but this one was not as enjoyable as others. Beds were not comfortable, it was super noisy as our room was facing the airport in LAX and the food and drinks we way overpriced! Aside from those issues, it was clean!

From airport pickup to checkin, it is first class, friendly, accomodating and professional! Would like to comment Israel on his exception service at checkin. The rooms are spacious and clean! Great facilities and restaurants in the hotel! It is our 6th stay at the Airport Marriott in 18months!

It’s very close to the airport so you don’t have a long ride in the shuttle. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub and a nice exercise room. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was totally convenient and comfortable for us. Staffs in the bar were quite kind, airport shuttle is quite useful for tourist. If we visit LA again, maybe I will choose this hotel once again.
