Convenient location near the airport. Annoying that the side entrance swipe card reader did not work for quicker access to room from parking lot. Might not be an issue for most, but when walking with a cane, any shortcut is appreciated.

I liked being able to catch a shuttle to the airport at the time needed. I've used this hotel for that purpose for years when flying internationally and having to leave very early. To me they haven't maintained the property as they had years ago when I first started using their services. I tried using the clock radio in the room as an alarm and it went off at midnight, several hours before I needed to get up. Also, they need to dust the rooms more frequently.

This hotel was close to the airport which was what we needed. Our non smoking room had a smoke smell so we asked and received another room. Nice size room, comfy bed and nice bathroom.

The staff was very nice, the parking at night SUCKS, the walls were very very NASTY were someone had spilled and wiped something on the bathroom wall by the toilet.

Very limited parking we needed to park at another motel. Very limited breakfast. Dry cereal and bread is all that was provided. Air conditioning was not on in the hallways. The hallways were warm. Took 45 minutes to check in.

Only had one handicap parking place and the workers parked in it. The bed was too high. I had a very hard time getting in the bed. Not wheelchair friendly rooms.

This property was kind enough to check with me in advance about my travel arrangements & offered airport shuttle on demand after midnight. Staff was very nice. There was a huge new tv in my room. Most areas of the hotel are dated and could use repair.
