I have to travel to Louisville often and love staying at this hotel. I have put this hotel in as a favorite in Louisville to stay at in the future.

It was perfect for the budget minded traveler. Just what you need and very clean. Breakfast was just enough and there was a pancake machine. Great staff. No carpets in the rooms. Making it easy for them to clean and for you to know it’s clean. Nice bathrooms. Beds were good lots of pillows. Blackout blinds and good internet. I would stay here again.

Brittany handled our check-in. She was incredibly friendly and got us our room quickly. Overall, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Minor details, such as a leaking soap dispenser in the bathroom, which made a mess on the counter and unfortunately, being so close to the airport, Jet noise was a factor. The breakfast bar was full, clean and had plenty of options for everyone.

The rooms are entirely too small. A large section of the parking lot.was blocked off. I had to park two hotels.away and walk back to the hotel in the dark alone. Evening staff were.not friendly . I did not like mu stay.

Had to make a last minute trip and was accommodated easily. Pick up from airport was on time and drop off at airport following day was set up perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful and made experience great.

Louisville was FULL of events this past weekend and the staff at TRU were doing their best by everyone. The shuttle service, extra water etc were all welcome perks that we were not aware we would have. The only suggestions would have been an extra set of towels if housekeeping is only coming every other day (this was easily fixed with a call downstairs) and regular checks of the room to make sure electronics are in good working order. The audio on our tv was broken and staff came immediately to check it out but were not able to fix at that time. We had a non smoking room but someone around our room was smoking and the smell was definitely coming thru. Overall excellent stay, clean accommodations and friendly staff.
