This is a very nice hotel. Quite new, and well appointed. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and their showers are always good.
Only issues were that it is right near the airport, so there is some aircraft noise, and there are no restaurants or food option nearby. Otherwise it is a great hotel.

The employees are the front desk were very sweet and attentive. The only issues I had was when we purchased late night frozen pizza from the front desk and our microwave didn't work, leaving us to not be able to cook the food and waste them.
The other kicker was when my husband took a shower early morning and the fire alarms in our room went out at 8am waking the entire room up. There was clearly no fire but I am concerned about the fact that a little steam caused this to go off. The beds were very uncomfortable and this didn't help having everyone to wake up super early.
Also we thought it was funny that they provided ear plugs for the overhead planes that come across the building. Luckily I live near an airport so it didn't bother me however this was not advertised on their site that it was an issue.

Very close to airport and also fun things to do! Kids enjoyed the river walk, mega cave and much more. I liked that I didn’t have to drive far to go to things and delivery from fast food

Nice property close to the exposition center. Free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was a great perk that we ended up using a LOT!

We stayed for an archery tournament and really appreciated all the extras! The shuttle service was great as was the Wednesday night snacks offered. Staff was super friendly as well! Thank-you!

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who want convenience to the airport upon arrival or for departure, access to fair and expo center, Churchill Downs and downtown. Fine accommodations for comfort of beds, space, and amenities such as larger gym, pool, breakfast, and a clean, spacious and comfortable suite. Staff always on hand and always friendly and helpful. A little noisier being in close proximity to airport hotel, but that was expected. I would stay here again, especially for business travel.

We were warmly welcomed and check in was very fast. The room was spotless and they even provide earplugs due to the noise of incoming flights (the airport is very close to the hotel).
