Staybridge Suites Louisville Expo Center, an IHG Hotel

My wife and son came with me to see The University of Miami play Louisville in football. Our stay was great. The hotel was very nice, and rooms were also. The free breakfast was very good. A really great selection of food. It was within walking distance to the stadium and there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Free parking at the hotel as well as a great price for our room. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice and the turndown service was great most hotels I have to beg to get it done . I was in town for work everyday after being on road I came back to fresh linens and clean room. I travel with my dog and they were so accommodating for that as well

The room size was perfect for my family of 5. Hotel within walking distance to kentucky kingdom. The staff very friendly. Had free breakfast& dinner while we were there. Also a free pool table. The only problem we had is this hotel is right next to the airport so u can hear planes off& on throughout the night. This hotel is right near the plane descending. They did offer free earplugs which is nice but if u are a light sleeper,id stay elsewhere.

Cassidy was great at check in and the man who checked us out was also great. He even called us when someone found our credit card in the parking lot. Great visit. Thanks.

Very comfortable and easy to get too. Dinner and breakfast included if you wish and minutes from highway for travelling.

The property was good but had the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had in my 30 years of travel. I was there for several days and it never got better. We loved the hotel but most likely will stay somewhere else next year because of the nasty breakfast.

pretty good place just be prepared for loud airplanes because they are beside the airport the staff was great and i texted them several times and they got back to me in a timely manner and tried to fix any issues

This is our first time staying at Staybridge and it was a very nice experience. The continental breakfast was quite lovely and a very wide selection and customization. The lobby and halls were clean and well lit. The halls were a bit loud, however, after about 10pm it was quiet. You can hear the planes land in the near by airport, but after the first night, I didn’t really notice it. For the pros: rooms were very clean. The kitchen was spacious and came with a dishwasher. The fridge had an automatic ice maker in the freezer. And the part that impressed me the most is that the bathroom was equipped with Dove products. The cons: The bathroom was a sliding door. It wasn’t a problem for me and my partner, however may be more of a privacy issue for families or friends sharing a room. Also, the TV is placed next the bed, which made it a bit awkward to watch TV while lying down. For me personally, there wasn’t a full length mirror in our room, which I use quite a bit. Overall, this hotel was quite nice, especially for the price. We stayed in a couple of hotels in Louisville over the years, but this one was very nice and we will be likely to use this place again in the future.

Your room was great, it was clean and well maintained. Other than being right below the airport approach it was reasonably quiet. Be aware that the airport is the UPS hub and therefore there are lots of large airplanes flying in in the middle of the night. Breakfast could be better it was consistent bagged scrambled eggs sausage potatoes and assorted fruit. But it never changed over the three nights we were there.
