Room was clean and quiet. Everything worked. Have shuttle to race track. Nice experience.

The hotel was clean and there was ample parking. The staff were smiling and helpful from the time we entered.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Heated pool. Extremely quiet (we didn’t realize how close the airport was until the next morning when the kids sat on the sidewalk counting the incoming flights and trying to touch them). Great breakfast offerings. Super spacious rooms. Freezer so we could take care of our diabetic care supplies and freezer packs (only hotel on our journey to have one — extremely thankful we had that opportunity when we did in the middle of our trip!). Our littles asked why we suddenly got to stay at a “fanciest” hotel (aka they were just as pleased as the adults).

Breakfast was very disappointing. We prefer to stay at hotels with breakfast-easier with 4 littles. When we went down for breakfast at 8:45, there was barely any food left. We were told the food supplier was on strike. I’m sure management was aware of this and could’ve planned according. Our day was planned around eating breakfast, then going to the event we traveled to attend. We did not plan to have to stop for breakfast. It would’ve been better if we were told in advance, upon check-in.

the drive to churchill downs and the University of Louisville was less than 5 minutes. The hotels proximity to the airport and expo center made it the perfect location.

This property was super convenient for football games. We could walk or shuttle. The staff was super friendly and the room really nice! I would stay again

Friendly staff (Loved Sierra❤️), loved the outside seating! Rooms where large, clean and stocked and updated. Just wish bathroom doors had lock from inside, barn door style is difficult with small children. Great breakfast selection. Hotel is perfect for families traveling, used shuttle van to and from Kentucky Kingdom, drivers where friendly, helpful and courteous and drove safely. Overall review is 10 out of 10. Will Definitely stay there again. Shout out to cleaning staff: Excellent Job!! We were a large group and and the hotel handled all of us with extra care! Thank You So Much!!

The room was large and very clean. James was our shuttle driver on many occasions and couldn't have been any greater!!

We stayed in a one bedroom king suite and absolutely loved it. The entire suite is very spacious, with lots of good lighting, both natural and artificial. The layout of the kitchen and work area is very functional. Decor is contemporary. The bathroom has great lighting and has a shower with glass doors instead of a gross shower curtain. The bed is very comfortable. The two rooms have separate air conditioner/heating units that operate independently. Housekeeping service is outstanding. Although there is a sign at checkin that says daily housekeeping is only offered if requested 24 hours in advance, our room was serviced daily. Trash was emptied, bed made and towels were exchanged automatically. The entire suite was very clean upon checkin and the housekeeping staff ensured it stayed that way, which we appreciated. No other hotel we’ve stayed in since the pandemic began has offered such extensive housekeeping services. My husband liked that the gym was available 24/7. We did not eat the free included breakfast so we can’t comment on it. The only negative about this hotel is that it is directly under the flight path for the airport, and large UPS cargo planes land constantly day and night. You can definitely hear them. We bring a sound machine with us when we travel and that helped keep the plane noise to a minimum. Overall, this is the best hotel my husband and I have booked in a long time. We will definitely stay in a Home2 Suites hotel again soon.
