Me and my bf stayed here over the 4 day weekend, and I’m glad to say that we didn’t really have any issues. One thing that was noticed was that the metal that holds the soap dispenser in our shower was broken. My only complaint would be that I paid for two days of Internet service, but the hotel’s power went out which set the fire alarm off and woke us up. When I called down to the front desk, they stated that the power was out and didn’t know when it would be back up. Getting one days worth of internet compared to the two that I paid for isn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a nice stay, it was quiet, didn’t have any issues with parking, and the bed was really comfy. Would stay here again

The cold water in the bathroom sink was trickling and no force at all. Ofc after hours the parking was full and had to find difficult parking must've been busy weekend don't know.... Saturday morning only 1 of the elevators stopped working ofc it was harder for the elderly since they can't do the stairs..

The employees were awesome and the hotel was in great shape and clean. The location was in a bad part of town with a lot of homeless and not the kind that are down on their luck. These people were high as a sky and aggressive. They were roaming the parking lot as well as the area.

Great location!!! rooms were very nice just needing a little more detailed cleaning found old food under bed skirts and a lot of dust beside fridge area. parking was horrible, but overall was a great stay.

Pool was broken. Restaurant and bar were closed. Police monitoring station in the parking lot. One person on staff for the entire hotel.

i am a Hilton Honors member and at the time of check I told them that. They did not grant me a late check out when I asked. I only needed 30 min. My room was not cleaned, When I asked why they very rudely told I did not request it. At check in no one told me that. I travel at least 3 times a month and stay at Hilton properties. I will never stay at that double tree again. Rude staff.
