Millsap Suites by Pioneer Pocket Hotel

I could not believe I found this GEM of a hotel last minute on Monday 9/23. We were traveling from Denver back home to Texas and didn't want to drive the entire 15 hours in one day. We decided to get as far as Lubbock and spend the night. I trusted Hotels.com for their recommendations and found this fantastic hotel. Room was exceptional; clean, roomy for sure, bed was comfortable, bathroom size was perfect. Across the street is the Nashwell Coffee shop - spot on! I am definitely keeping this hotel on my list for our next trip home from Denver.

We have stayed here over 5 times now, this is our go-to place to stay in Lubbock. Clean, quiet, and easy parking.

Very fully furnished suite that was updated and clean. Reserved parking space right in front of your suite door. We will definitely be staying there again. Good value for football game weekend.

Millsap Suites is a perfect spot to stay in Lubbock. Front door parking. Nice furnishings. Coffee shop, restaurant and brewery all right across the street!

Clean and comfortable. Love the reserved parking spot right outside the door. My only complaint is that the instructions and channel list for the TVs were for the rooms in the Pioneer across the street and completely unrelated to the smart TVs (streaming services only) that were actually in the room.

Beautiful suite & love the communication from staff with access code for entry. Assigned parking was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful modern and historic decor, well designed finishes, roomy staycation. If you don’t need all the hotel extras like room service, the gym, or extra towels — which we didn’t — it’s a perfect stay. The TVs had quality viewing and the parking was right outside our room. It was within walking distance to two upscale restaurants, the LBK brewery and the coffee shop. I’ll be visiting again!

Great room. Not as clean as I would've thought for a boutique hotel. Great parking right outside your door. Not a lot in the area, but not a deal breaker.

Great location and stay! Nice room and more importantly clean! The room is street-level, had a keypad for entry and the parking spot is right outside the door for quick entry. The room was quiet and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend and I plan on using again in the future.
