Nice place, good location and great beach. Staff had issues figuring out that I paid in advance for the room and parking, they originally tried to charge for both. After some time it was figured out but then they tried to charge for parking at check out.

Overall the hotel was nice. Great entertainment and outside the bar was great.The things that I didn’t care for. Are the valet service every time in and out. Paying for parking and hotel just seems like a lot. The worse part was my room had roaches wasn’t happy about that. They did what they could but the critters were back the next day.

Great place to stay we stayed in a suite ocean front couldn’t ask for better

There is actually free..non valet paking although Stuart at reception said otherwise.
The valet people are excellent whether you use them or not.
The bedding on the first room I was allocated was soiled and all I was offered was new sheets. I had to make the bed myself having travelled 15 hours from the uk.
Finally the bathroom and sorounding area of my furst room was full of mould.
Jeanette at reception was excellent and changed my room immensely and apologised profucely.
Overall the location was excellent but in my experience the rooms could be updated

After taxes and fees, it cost me about 4 bills a night for oceanfront during the week. For that amount you would think breakfast and parking would be complimentary. Think again. They ask for a separate 'holding charge' on a credit card at check-in even though everything was paid in advance.
This allows them to tack on random charges at any time without notice or description. Be aware of that. They really push valet parking, which I hate. Never understood the laziness required to let a stranger operate my vehicle for a benefit I can't comprehend. Afterall you drove there in the first place. Overall it was worth about 70% the out-the-door cost. Not terrible, not great. Probably won't return.

Bathroom floor was dirty, reported it but never heard back from anyone. Pool and food was great. Paying for parking was too expensive.

They were to rated? Omg First room, door wouldn't lock, 2nd room, roaches, air conditioning wouldn't cool down, this room, nicer but worried roaches would climb on me at night. The characters that were staying there left me blocking my door with all the loose furniture. Every time you moved on the bed it squeaked. Metal springs. I couldn't sleep but a few hours. Wifi never worked even after calling numerous times. Gnats flying inside the bread box at breakfast. I couldn't handle it.

I didn't expect to pay $20 a day for parking, no bathroom entrance from pool area, had to go inside pass reserv. desk, only way to beach was thru 2 gates in pool area with arms full of beach gear, no bathroom counter space, and 1 rolling chair in room for 3 of us to sit in. I won't visit again, and I will ask next time if there are additional costs for parking.

We had a great stay here. I really enjoyed the Crown Plaza. It was clean safe and quiet. The pool was great, there was live entertainment. everybody was very kind and friendly amazing staff. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because I didn’t realize if we self parked we still had to pay the $20 a day parking fee. I just feel like I should have been told that upfront, I wasn’t the only one who was surprised that I saw and heard other people, complaining as well. I would’ve stayed there anyway I would’ve like to have known that beforehand

The only thing was parking because if we want to go outside and back is a valet parking I don’t like it but was not back
