We choose this hotel as it is a 5 minute walk from Melbourne airport, this was a big advantage for us.
We did not get the welcome at reception which is regularly mentioned on reviews, not friendly or welcoming.
We were given a room over looking the airport runway, the room was clean and spacious and no noise from the planes.
The breakfast was good and tasty. The lady who checked us out was the complete opposite from check in, she was very friendly and respectful . We will stay here again.

The hotel is right next to the Melbourne airport in Florida. Excellent hotel which was modern and clean! The staff is amazing. The room with the king size bed was specious, clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. One note to be added is that there is a $4.99 charge for parking. Considering others are charging $10.00+ I did not mind it. Also note that there is a free shuttle to the airport.

Empty parking lot and they want you to pay by the day. Just include it in the price. Over all good.

We stayed here last year after flying from manchester, hotel round corner from Melbourne airport, great to stay overnight before a driving holiday, would highly recommend, good breakfast, comfy clean rooms, relaxd atmospheric, are going back the night before iur return journey next week.

Wonderful modern hotel near the airport. But, no noise! Loved the handi capped room. So spacious. Enjoyed having a couch to relax on too.

Great stay. Super clean hotel right next to the airport. Every staff member read lovely and super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very new (or newly renovated?) throughout the hotel, rooms and public spaces. Despite its proximity to the Melbourne Airport and runways, the rooms are very quiet. The only noise is the AC unit in the room. Daily breakfast is good, nice fruit salad and yogurt. Staffs are friendly and helpful. No much going on around the hotel, a car is a must to go around. Strangely Uber could NOT pick up from the hotel address. One has to walk 5’ to the airport to get a Uber. Beware

delta canceled flights which threw my entire itinerary off.
Hyatt refused to rebook as i already paid for rooms… but since flight date were changing i had to change dates at Hyatt.
i’ve been charged twice for the same room - any help appreciated

The irrigation needs to be adjusted to avoid wetting passersby. Walkways through the lawns from the parking lot to the hotel are needed.
