Very nice overnight hotel stay, close to airport

Fairly new hotel in the Indiatlantic/Melbourne area. The photos online were very accurate as to the look and condition of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the guests were respectful and friendly. We brought our dog with us and the staff and guests were all very accommodating to our furry guest. Room was spacious and clean and we got the city view room we booked. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a great bargain for the cost of the room. The only downside is that valet is not optional and parking is $25/night.

Large gap under the door, caused very loud wind howling when the outside wind blew. No parking was a pretty big issue. Smoke alarm was faced toward the bed, so dealt with a flashing green light every 30 sec. It was very difficult to sleep with that train horning blowing every hour throughout the night. In regards to the train, staff was very friendly and did offer to put a noise machine in my room to help bleed out the sounds. Coffee shop and rooftop grill was fantastic.

Great staff, super clean room, quiet, easy valet parking, so many shops and restaurants, Intercoastal Waterway view, GREAT price!!

Very nice hotel in a good downtown location. The rooftop restaurant has beautiful views, but they very small portions are not worth the prices. I did not utilize the maid services. I was awakened on Sunday morning at 7:45 by the maid service. I appreciated access to free parking across the street Would recommend this hotel

Only valet parking is unacceptable. Never stay there again. Very noisy from 12:30am to 2am. Why does that happen? This place reminds me of a communist country hotel. Solid concrete, loud, stark, empty. Not warm and comfortable. Never again!

The lobby was very clean and welcoming. As were the staff members we interacted with. Avoid the 10th floor… Restaurant on the 11th, the chairs scraping the floor, frequently dropped dinnerware and a vacuum running above our heads was not pleasant. Spacious room, sadly there was garbage from the previous guests on the table near the coffee maker. Sticky remote control, sour smelling pillows on the bed. Which is a futon mattress on a board that fell through the bed frame every time my mother in law moved. She weighs 108 pounds. The area outside was littered with cigarette butts. Downtown Melbourne has become infested with vagrants sleeping on the sidewalks. We really expected a better experience from Hilton. Please be aware of the Ridiculous Mandatory Valet fee 24$ per entrance. Valets that dig through your glovebox and adjust your vehicle settings and turn off the automatic headlights. There’s undoubtedly blue paint from my bumper somewhere in that parking garage, it’s definitely scraped and crumpled.

Great location, walkable to all things in Downtown Melbourne. Rooftop bar provides great views at sundown. Free parking across the street or in the City Hall parking garage.

I like the stay, did not like the parking everything is valet. But the rest was amazing!

This was a really neat hotel. I liked it a lot. However, I ended up coming in really late like 1:30am in the morning and parked in the garage and when I came in the front desk person said that I had to pay to park or I could just go out on the street and find a space and I was surprised that for the few hours that I was going to be there because I was leaving right away at 8:30 AM that it was $15. There was definitely no way 130am in the morning. I was going to be looking for parking somewhere else out on the street. Otherwise, the place was really nice. The room was great. Had a great view. Would like to check out the hotel a little bit more since I didn’t get to be there very long.
