I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. I needed a one night stay somewhere close to Memphis airport and this place came up. When you get there you will see the location leaves much to be desired to include the surrounding area (not apparent from the website). The place is not what one would typically expect of a hotel close to an International Airport and not what one would expect for the cost. The staff/management was rude and insulting when having to deal with accidental damage. I was moved to a room with no flushing toilet, mold on the wall, a gapping hole in the bathroom wall, and a television that kept going out (according to the front desk it was because of rain but it was only rain, no major storm, tornado, etc.). Because of the accidental damage (that the staff contributed to but took no responsibility for), I was charged $650 in addition to the cost of the room. They refused to give me anything in writing to show how they came up with the amount, what the actual cost of repair is, and only gave me a receipt that says "miscellaneous" charges. The hotel then tried to charge my card again (over the late night hours) another $650! The fact that they tried to charge my card a second time really raises my brow because they had already charged me (for something that they were unwilling to show the actual cost of repair for). The property, the encounter I had with the staff, and the overall experience I had is the reason I do not recommend this location.

We visited from South Texas to visit Graceland & stayed there three nights, the staff was amazing, welcoming, the bed & pillows were comfortable, always stayed stocked on towels,,,, the breakfast was good! Good choices, gated parking with cameras and loved the shuttle bus ride to and from Graceland ♥️

Property was amazing. New feeling property and very clean. Close to the airport but shuttle does not start until 0700 with no exceptions, pretty disappointing. Breakfast also doesn’t start until 0700-1000 so very limited on availability there also. When asking the front desk about these two services they were short and not very consoling.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly; we went to Graceland, so the free shuttle made getting there and back extra easy. Breakfast was well done. The lay-out of the room was good.

Excellent staff. They went above and beyond to keep us safe! We needed to mail stuff home and we were going to walk to the post office. They drove us there and back. Plus they held our luggage and gave us a late check out. Highly recommended if visiting Graceland. They also provide transportation to/from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff showed true southern hospitality, especially Ms. Duffie who helped with breakfast and was our shuttle driver to Graceland! There were a few areas in our room that could’ve been cleaner, but the beds and linens were clean so we were happy! Breakfast was notably better than most!
