Hotel was run down. Only one entrance and parking lot is a block away. Charge to park every night. Ac/Heat didn’t work right. Windows were questionable. Only stayed because hurricane. Couldn’t extend stay so ended up at Holiday Inn Express. Cost more but it feels like a 5 star AND I get breakfast.

Check out a day early the place had roaches and had to sleep at the airport until my flight the airport shuttle had roaches as well will never stay there again

We had a delay at the airport and stayed at this hotel overnight. The only good thing about it is that it’s near the airport. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the hotel. It was about 80-85 in all the hallways and our room, even though the air was set to 70. The tiniest bit of cold air was coming from the vent.

We only stayed for 4 hrs considering we had an early flight the next day. We weren't directed to the room properly. When my 2 small children and I arrived to the room we were greeted with empty beer bottles under the bed, dirty towels and sheets, and the shower... the shower. That's all I have to say.. i have stayed in cheaper places and or same price that was way more decent

No air in the room. No option to move. Spoke to the shuttle driver told him I was going to grab my bags to leave for the airport. 7:02 he was already gone. Charge for parking your car overnight. No breakfast as described online
