Hyatt House East Moline Quad Cities

A few things: the shower handle ring had a screw was loose, the hallway had a strange smell (9th) floor, like fishy, guests were laying down on lobby couches during breakfast with tennis shoes, pretty slobby environment for a Hyatt. There was not enough parking and I had to park in back with employees. The pillowcases were a bit natty - the hotel management and staff need to address these items because the hotel is only 5-6 years old, has a great location overlooking Mississippi River but it is already showing signs of wear. This is the 3rd time of stayed at this Hyatt.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Only disappointed situation is we stayed there because they advertise shuttle service to a local venue. The night we stayed they did not have a shuttle so we had to transport ourselves. I will stay again. The staff is very friendly and it is a really nice hotel.

Nice place seems new. Very pretty, plenty of parking. Nice restaurants in motel. Another restaurant close by. Beautiful view of the Mississippi River

It’s a great, comfortable, very nice place! However, I was traveling. The hotel website and a phone call to confirm stated both restaurants were open and serving food until 10pm. I arrived at 9:05 and was in my room by 9:10. My room was directly next to the lounge on the 9th floor. I dropped my bags and popped in, to be turned away with not even an apology. I hopped on the elevator to the ground level to the bar/restaurant, now it’s 9:25, went to the bar, ordered a drink and requested a menu, gave it a quick glance and chose to order a pizza, and was told the pizza oven was off but I could order something from the frier. I was hungry and disappointed. I called ahead and could have stopped somewhere else along the way had I known they weren’t really open until 10.

Check in was fine and lots of parking but there was hair on our sheets, the refrigerator didn’t work, and there was no coffee or cups in the room. Staff person came up to help us move to an adjoining room that was a 1-bedroom suite and upgraded it for free. One of the tvs did not work but otherwise clean and nice kitchen.

Customer service was great. The view of the Mississippi river was great. Only thing the parking is ridiculet's go fast. Then couldn't find no way to park. Wasn't too happy about that

I like the full free breakfast included. I like there is no parking fee. I like the Missisippi river runs next to the hotel property and you can walk along the bank.

Nice clean property and room. Friendly helpful staff. Perfectly placed for a concert at the Rust Belt. A shuttle service would be nice addition to the hotel for close trips. FYI, Uber still took us the 6 blocks back and forth and we also was very friendly.

I love the location. The parking/hotel layout is perfect. I love the friendly people. The challenge was we arrived and hour early, understand that the room might not be ready yet. Waited 90 minutes and the office staff had to go help clean rooms. Sad that not enough help these days. No fault of the hotel, but it wasn't fun waiting just cause rooms werent clean...and we weren't the only ones. Several others waiting over an hour at 3:30 when we got our room...just thought youd want to know. All good, I will be back.
