Older but clean facility with a bit of a Mississippi River view out our window. (It may be time to update a bit). Beautiful Ben Butterworth Parkway is just steps from the parking lot. All in all a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a great location There are things to do close in the area. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Being by the dock for the Channel Cat Water taxi is a bonus!

We used this property for a 3 day convention. It was a perfect location next to the convention center. We were able to catch a water taxi next to the property and for $8 was able to ride all day long. We stopped in Davenport for dinner. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but was disappointed that it was mot working.

Excellent place. I would stay there again if I ever travel to that area again. It was noisy in the hall on my floor for awhile. Could not figure out how to turn the light off in the front room

Did not know they had an airport shuttle, I had to wait 1 h and 45 min. For a taxi and finally got to the hotel at almost midnight. This of course was not the hotel’s fault. Unfortunately no restaurants open. Front desk very friendly said taxis and Uber usually work only 8 to 5! Hard to believe. Breakfast was ok. The reason for booking a hotel in town was so I could walk around, but it rained…

Right on the Mississippi River. Beautiful river walk behind the hotel. Also water taxi behind the hotel as well. Beautiful area. Many places in walking distance. The hotel itself is super clean. Staff is friendly. Big breakfast area. Eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy for this stay. I’m not sure if that’s what they serve everyday. My room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

The staff was very kind and the property felt clean and safe. Our king suite was clean except for under the bed, usually not a concern except I was traveling with my toddler. The bathroom had repairs done and it was all functional but not aesthetically appealing. The tv kept losing service, but weather was not great and could have been the cause. The train station next door has loud train horns at night - again not usually an issue unless you’re traveling with littles who may wake up at the sound. There were good breakfast options, all warm and setup in a sanitary way. The hotub and workout facilities were clean although the pool was cloudy, we still used it, the temperature was great in the pool and the pool room. I read reviews before booking about low water pressure/no hot water and we did not experience that the 3 days we stayed. The water pressure was great and the water got very hot very quickly. With the tiny issues I would still stay again, it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! And given the other options in the area, this was definitely the best option.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there and rather than have us wait, they upgraded us for free to an AMAZING suite. We were traveling for my Mom’s birthday and to go to a hockey game at the Mark next door. The staff is amazing, the breakfast was stellar, the room was soooo clean. I travel with my own cleaning supplies and clean every hotel I stay in but this one was spotless. Not a speck of dust. They also let us get a late check out so we could watch the Hawkeye game at the hotel instead of being on the road for it. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

This was an overnight stay to attend a funeral. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower worked well. Breakfast was just okay. Only complaints, room was too warm during the night & thermostat didn’t seem to work right, and could have done a better job with the snow in the parking area.
