Hyatt Place East Moline Quad Cities

I really enjoyed the location. The front desk person was very helpful on a busy day. I loved the room,by far the best I have experienced so far during this time of traveling. I would highly recommend it.

Let's start with the staff was friendly and professional but the hotel itself was dismal..first the pool heater was broke so the pool was unpleasantly cold and the design of the pool area is down right dumb...not a dry stop in the small place with path ways so narrow anyone looking to keep an eye on their children while staying dry is just, you're out of luck... The building itself is relatively new but in horrible disrepair....missing signs on the walls, rips in the carpet, broken implements (i.e. plunger, toilet paper roll holder, peep hole) The staff allowed kids to race electric scooters down the hallway at all times of night and allowed someone to park a 40 foot flatbed trailer across 5 parking spots in the lot most near the building on a night that in got down to freezing and on a local school dance night forcing more patrons to walk much farther All in all it was horrible, so horrible that my family and I returned to our home to sleep in peace and comfort Will not be returning to this location nor will I ever recommend it to anyone until serious improvements are made!

I've stayed here often and have always enjoyed my stay. This time was a little subpar. We got there st sbout three in the morning after traveling for several hours. Only to find that there were no luggage carts. Then we had problems with our toilet having to flush twice everytime to get the toilet paper to go down. We were in our room a total of 9 hours and by the time we left the toilet would not flush st all.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was good. Breakfast was very good. If you can’t park in the parking lot to the west of the building, you have to go across the street. There needs to be a walk away from the middle of the lot to the hotel entrance across the street.

I stay at this Hyatt Place East Moline Quad Cities several times per year for business travel. I'm consistently pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the courteous and helpful staff, and the general caliber of the hotel. I think its a great bang for your buck--you could do a lot worse at this price point. I've taken clients up to the upstairs bar/lounge and its a nice vibe for something more casual. Its close the bridge so its easy to get around the Quad Cities from where its located. I'll plan on staying again in the future.

Great food and breakfast options, large comfortable rooms, and great pizza from the downstairs bar. Easy, well lit parking lots in a safe location.

Nice, clean, quiet comfortable hotel. Staff was informative and friendly. Food, bar and lounge open in the hotel. Pool was closed for maintenance at this time, but the fitness center is open 24/7. Free breakfast. While there isn’t much around the hotel, and it’s a little bit off the beaten path, it was a great place to stop for a night while traveling without the usual noise and commotion of staying at hotels right off the interstate.

I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely this Hyatt was. I traveled to Moline for business and didn't have any expectations. I was delighted by the promptness and friendliness of the staff, the quietness and cleanness of the hotel, the interior design, and the restaurant and sky lounge. Will plan to stay here again when I travel to the Quad Cities.

Loved the place. Good desk service. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available in pump style in the shower. Convenient instead of using travel size bottles. Possible improvements, maybe a microwave in room. Was a refrigerator which was good. Had no where to throw garbage. Had to leave in hallway to be picked up. Lastly, disappointing that the lounge only served chips and dips when they advertised appetizers.

The front desk staff and the kitchen staff were very professional, friendly and hard working! As a female traveling alone, I felt safe in the hotel parking lot and inside the hotel.
