Neighbors above me appeared to be running around constantly causing the entire room to shake. Walls generally are very thin. You can hear a lot of noise from all your neighbors. AC unit in my room was broken. I requested it be fixed—it wasn’t. No luggage carts. Not a very nice area, there were people fighting in the alley connected to the property. Room was clean when I arrived. Only two towels provided, which is insufficient when the room isn’t being cleaned every day. Narrow parking lot filled with large vehicles making it difficult to park when the lot is close to full.

The motel is in the middle of town so you have easy access to grocery stores and gas stations. There is a recycling center right by it and it opens at 8am so you cant even sleep in. The beds are very very uncomfortable very hard and squeaky metal. The walls are so thin you can hear the conversations next door. If the motel is sold out there is no parking available. There is construction being done so it is extremely loud. Our key was giving us issues from the first night turned out that the battery on the door was low so they had to come in the middle of the night and replace it.

For starters, lots of previous reviews stated how clean this place is. That was not the case for our room. The walls and doors need cleaned. Also my kids socks were filthy after walking around the room for a little while. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The people above us were stomping around and making so much noise until 3am! I couldn't get ahold of the front desk because they close at 10pm. The only positives about this place is decent pricing(you get what you pay for though) and parking was good.

The hotel was actually a motel and that kind of scared us. We thought too that the area was a bit skechy at first but we were tolad about ther security system as well as a guard who monitored the parking/hotel at night. We felt a lot better about that. The staff accomodated our request to stay ground floor level since we had so many bags and we had 2 elderly people with us. The family room was huge, with 3 beds. The 3rd bed was in its own separate room. The coffee they had was starbucks and they had a fridge as well as microwave. The room was newly updated, nicely decorated and above all, clean. It was so much more than we expected at the price we paid. We loved it so much that we told our friend who also booked there the day after so we could all stay together. Definitely a great stay.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. The advertisement for this place did not disclose the hotel was in the middle of being remodeled. The parking required that I leave the premises and drive a block out of my way to return to another entrance so I could park my car closer to my room. Room 105 was disgusting. The room smelled like cat urine, the carpet was grimy and almost looked sticky. There were human hairs in the sink, the toilet had not been cleaned properly. There was mold in the shower. The bath towels and bed sheets were stained. There was peeling paint on the walls, the door jamb looked like it had been kicked in. The grounds were atrocious - bare dirt and litter EVERYWHERE including the filthy and stained walkways. Then there was the hammering and sawing at 7:00 in the evening. Room 102 smelled and looked cleaner, but the bath towels and bed sheets were still stained. I chose to take a sleeping pill and sleep, instead of escape out of that hellhole. I will never be back and I will tell as many people as I can about this awful experience.

This motel was nicer than expected. After reading some scary reviews, I was a bit nervous, but I had a bedroom with 1 king bed and the bed was pretty comfortable. The room was relatively clean, there could have been nicer amenities (shampoo / conditioner was in a packet, expected for a motel I suppose). There were a good amount of homeless people lingering around the motel which I was worried about when I read that in the reviews and then saw in person, but they kept to themselves and overall the area felt safe, it's a great location close to Monterey and with the free parking it's pretty satisfactory overall for a motel.

convenient with good parking. I didn't appreciate the extra $30 I was charged. The woman who checked me in had to check with someone on the phone about adding another charge on a PREPAID room BEFORE I even got my room key.

Way overpriced. Beds were not the queens described in listing. Toilet seat was broken and bathroom smelled bad. Wrecked car on low poorly visible wall navigating parking lot. It was a place to sleep, but overall experience was not great and definitely not worth what we paid.

The property was located in a dangerous area, adjacent to an abandoned and filthy parking lot with homeless people. Property also did not have any hot water so you could not take a shower.

When I initially booked, I got a room with three beds. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking yet it smelled like someone had just put out a cigarette. We woke up in the middle of the first night to a small leak from the ceiling in the restroom. We figured we would call in the morning to let them know. In the morning, the toilet would not flush at all. We called the lobby and they wanted to have us walk back and forth from another room to use the restroom or they could place us in a different room. We had to go with the other room because we need the restroom and room to get ready for a graduation ceremony. The room was a downgrade to a two bed. They would not give us a partial refund for the difference in price. I was so annoyed already with the entire situation that I did not have the energy to argue against that because it did not make sense to not get s partial refund. On the last night my mom got bit by something and she had to go to the emergency room. I DO NOT recommend. If you’re only staying for one night then maybe you will be fine. Also parking is terrible and we couldn’t find parking one night.
