This is a beautiful hotel with something for everyone; couples, families, travellers. The pools are great (although the jets on one jacuzzi were not working at all, and the other only half the side worked) and lots of games and firepits. Also a great poolside taco truck option. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall everything was average or slightly below given the price of the hotel. The rooms were clean enough but the sheets were poor quality the pillows so flat and uncomfortable. We had our dog so unsure if the area around the dog-specific building was unkept because dogs but there was a dead rat outside one of the doors and our dog almost got to it- we called the front desk to report it no one answered. Overall would not stay again and felt like the resort fee and $20 parking on top of the overpriced nightly rate was way way way too much for what you get. It was a holiday weekend so our options of stays were limited but again do not recommend if you can avoid it.

It was not as pictured in person as what it actually was. Everything had an additional fee, there was rust on the bathroom as there was no fan, my view was of the parking lot, it was loud,and there's were was no microwave, vending machines, and the room was small. There was a lack on coffee pods in the room, the food selection and room service were minimal and beyond expensive. The heating and air didn't work well.

There is a parking fee and spa fee that in my opinion shoudve been included with the price since theyre about $20 each, thin walls and little insulation, so you could hear just about everything going on in the building and in the top floor.

I loved every part of my stay here. Only downside was finding parking on the property close to our building/room. But considering the room they gave us we couldn’t complain about the distance/walk when we had to park farther away.

Cleanliness of the rooms was not what I would expect from a 4 star property. Same goes for the grounds, pieces of trash all over parking lot. Staff was nice, no problems there. Would not return.

It’s a great hotel for families. The pool was a hit. It was heated and the games area provided plenty of entertainment for our 2.5year old son. The first room we got checked in was smoked in. So we got another room. The patio let out to the parking lot which was not ideal with our child. Overall it’s quite noisy with the highway next to the hotel. The carpets are old and in some ways it feel like an old hotel. The tennis courts were unfortunately not accessibly due to a pickle ball tournament.

The property was clean, it has plenty of outdoor rest area. Great spa! Easy parking.
