The hotel has some nice amenities but needs some upgrades. The shower rods had rust on them. the bathroom door badly needs sanding and painting. $60 for parking in the Hampton parking garage is excessive - it should be free. The various pools are nice but need more regular cleaning as they had dirt in the bottom. The beds were comfortable, although a bit soft (personal preference). The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good, although they ran low on basics like coffee the first 2 days and ran out of oatmeal 3 out of 4 days. The wi-fi was spotty at best when outdoors near the pools. We would go again as the rooms were clean and all the linens were clean. Overall need some upgrades.

Great experience, loved the hotel! However, I think it should be listed on here that parking is not free at the hotel. Other than that, I had no qualms.

The inside of hotel was amazing but there's no hotel access to the beach after 10 they make you go down the side of building and if you up at 2 am there's a lot of homeless around there outside is nasty there was homeless sleeping in there parking deck no security to make you feel safe so walking to the beach after midnight you better protect yourself

The only thing I like was room, ocean view and parking was very convenient. Front Desk staff, night shift; one of the worst ones I have experienced since I have been member of Hilton Honors. No professional, went to the Front desk Saturday night, and they had a lot of $ all over the counter and no one was there, (I regretted not taking a picture). Complaint about the restaurant service, and they laughed to my wife face. Very expensive hotel for a very poor service.

It has become a dog palace. Been coming here for a couple of years and it has become out of control. The rug smells. They charged us for parking. We will not be going back. I will fine another place to stay.

What they didn’t disclose up front is there is a $75 pet policy and $50 fee for early check-in, when they have rooms available! And they charge for parking… Constantly In your pockets!

Hampton Inn is usually our go to for short stay vacation. This Hampton Inn was dirty. Lobby was taken care of but the rooms were dirty. We say one maid the entire 3 nights we were there. She left towels on our second day but didn’t makeup our bed. The rugs were dirty, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The hallway was even dirtier. No cleaning happening on the room floors, only in the lobby. Garbage all over the parking structure. We pay $800 for 3 nights, overpriced for sure. We regret staying here. Front desk staff were very friendly but not enough for the price we paid.

We were unaware of the $15 a day parking charge.
The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Many stains; smell of urine and a musty odor. Cold water coming out of the hot water faucet in the bathroom. Silly wrist bands for breakfast and pool use, which we didn't see one person wearing. Staff was pleasant. Location was ok.

There was no restaurant as advertised and literally no where to get a drink other than a food truck by the pool that closed at 4. Also no where to get anything to eat. The staff was unaccommodating and seemed irritated to be at work. There was advertised 2 hot tubs and 3 pools. 1 hot tub was out of service and roped off with caution tape which was very attractive, the other was leaking and had to be closed while we were there. That also closed one whole side of elevators. The other elevators had issues with knocking everyone's floor selections off when it hit the 3rd floor. That was a nice touch. I rode the elevator 3 times to get to my floor upon arrival, a nice touch. We had to listed to jack hammering for the only day we were there in the parking deck.
