Below what I expected from a Marriott brand. The hotels needs remodeling, parking lot was so dark, people hanging in the parking lot drinking and getting drunk and making a lot a noise, we could hear it in our room. The Closet rail was broken, I reported on the night of arrival, asked to be taking care next day in the morning, never happened, screws were on the floor. Toilet keeps running water and definitely not comfortable since the bowl is so low. Very disappointed from this Marriott hotel. Will probably not book this hotel again.

As a Marriott property the level maintenance of the property is usually superb. Initially I noticed several lights in the parking lot were not operable with overgrown trees blocked driving path to main entrance. The room furniture is overall excellent but the cabinets, shower, stove and tub require upgrading or dating. The television didn’t work properly nor did the bedside plugs.

The staff were soo nice! The room we stayed in was the two bedroom suite. The facilities were a little ran down but great set up for two friends traveling wanting privacy at the end of the day. Unfortunately, our room did not have air conditioning and our room remained a balmy 80 degrees. We told the staff twice about having no AC, but all they said was that they’d let the manager know. I never heard back. When I was checking in, a leaving guest also stated the same thing about their AC not working. A little bit of updating and this place could be great! For additional reference, this hotel is in a safe area, near food options and a good 20 minute drive to the quarter.

Julian was the front desk worker when we got to our hotel. After a ling 3.5hr flight and a horrific mishap at the car rental place we were tired and annoyed by thw time we finally made it to our hotel to check in. Julian made the whole night better with just a big smile and amazing hospitality! He was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel so much better, and changed our mood right around! Thank you so much for your genuine cheer! The young lady that checked us out was also so sweet and had such a warm welcoming smile!

The property is in a great location. There were many options for dining and shopping, and only 15 minutes from the airport.
