The only huge problem we had was waiting for the shuttle driver to pick us up which took over 21/2 hours to be picked up. Lots of confusion in calling the front desk and he communicating with the driver. Seen other hotel shuttles picking up customers at 4 or 5 times while we waited in the extreme windy and cold weather. The drop off shuttle to the airport was great!

This is probably the best 2 star hotel I ver stayed at. Most people there seemed to have been stranded due to flight delays or issues (like I was) but the staff is amazing and try and make it work for everybody.

Multiple times, we called reception and they just set the phone aside without putting you on hold so you're just talking to empty air. Very rude.
Airport shuttle was only once per hour, and filled up quickly. So it took more than an hour to get from JFK to the hotel, and we couldn't get a shuttle back AT ALL and had to use Lyft.
A/C ran, but the room remained uncomfortably humid the entire time we were there.
Breakfast was promised but there was only coffee.

Transport to the airport was punctual and driver knowledgeable. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean and modern

The staff are rude. Airport shuttle didn’t do pickup from JFK. Sheet and the whole room are damp with a bed odor. It’s a ripoff for the condition and location of this inn.

I had to get a hotel after my flight got canceled. Expect there to be a long wait to the shuttle and there is a better chance of booking a room if you book online. Overall it was a safe hotel and affordable compared to others. 24 shuttle transportation to JFK. Customer service was not great but they were very busy getting people in so it’s understandable. The room was clean and safe. I slept good with the air conditioning.
