Absolute dump, stay away! The hotel is in an unsafe neighborhood and does not have secure parking. It is not nice and we immediately left and found a new hotel.

Noisy hotel. Music blaring all night. In the morning the hotel ordered a taxi service that they knew. They had no payment options that worked. I ended up paying $89.99 x2 which “Marlie” won’t return. A crummy and unreliable experience. I would not recommend this place.

We were in a situation where our flight had been cancelled. We quickly found a hotel...picture looked good. We had no idea about distance from airport, thought it was "nearby". $48.00 to take cab. Not sure about the neighborhood, it was very late. Our room was "clean" BUT no window, no chair, no closet. Bed hard to get into for a short person. Night time desk clerk was not as friendly as daytime...no help with luggage, told the elevator didn't work. Just not comfortable. We chose not to stay for second night. Hard to get a taxi...no place to eat except Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds.

The whole motel smells like cigarettes, check in counter was rude/not accommodating, the walls were thin and the sheets were dirty. I had to stay here for 1 night due to a flight being delayed, but you are better off staying at the airport.

I missed my flight and selected this hotel without reading reviews. Hotels.com should be embarrassed and ashamed for hosting this hotel on their site, This hotel is not fit for purpose it cost $100 for the night, I lost something and they wouldn’t answer their phone/ it was disconnected… this is what I would have expected from a $30 hotel… and I wouldn’t select one this cheap… I was asked smoking or non smoking which initially took me aback…. Didn’t think it was possible to smoke in a hotel in the year 2024, the room smelt smokey and mouldy, I can’t imagine what a smoking room smelled like…..

We checked in this hotel after a long day of traveling and they gave us a room with bed sheets full of stains. The room was also smelly. We had to go find a different place to stay. We told the guy in the front desk about the issues, he responded that there wasn't anything he could do.

On hotels.com was writer 3.5mi from JFK but with taxi is more than 10mi and other hotel look more faar was near. Also the location is not safe very bad person in a park near and all the streat are dirty. I not suggest this hotel to anyone are a turist.

I didn’t even check into the hotel the hotel doesn’t provide parking which I understood but the nearest parking lot literally had cars with broken windows in and the area is clearly unsafe

Got stuck in Queens due to a flight delay, my room smelt heavily like cigarette- I've felt sick since leaving there, it was in a gross area. I would not stay here again.
