Courtyard by Marriott Long Island Islip/Courthouse Complex

Terrible. First floor room with noisy lobby Stuffy and Smelled mildewed Handicap bathroom and bed configuration we did not request What looked like dried blood on the sheets Noise from parking lot Absolutely awful and wildly expensive to boot.

This property surpassed our expectations. We travelled for a wedding and the Courtyard was the suggested hotel. From we first arrived until we checked out the staff and service were amazing . The rooms are spacious, clean and quite comfortable- especially the bed! There were quite a bit of amenities but the downstairs bar and lounge was a favorite amongst our group. The only downside was that the guests on the floor above us were quite noisy and sometimes disturbed our sleep. Other than that, i would definitely recommend staying here

The property has a huge parking lot, amazing staffs and i definitely felt safe and comfortable.

Was quiet and close enough to the airport

The staff was very helpful and absolutely pleasant. They made up for the very rude other guests at the location. The staff were accommodating and went out of their way to assist with resolving the issues we had. The worst part was that the first night we arrived, 5-6 children (the youngest was around 5) were using the elevator to go to each floor to run up and down the halls, knock on people's doors, and yelling until around 1 AM the following morning. After calling the desk twice, they did manage to catch the kids and return them to their parents - who were downstairs at the bar drinking/partying. The second night there was better and we were able to sleep. The last night there, the people that checked into the room next to us were yelling while communicating for every sentence, the kids tried to open and slammed the door that could potentially adjoin the rooms if you booked together, and even after politely requesting through the door that they not do that because we had young children sleeping with a flight early in the morning, they continued to yell, stomp, and bang on the door - this was with parents joining in on the yelling. We called the front desk, who called and spoke with them, and they turned up the television. We called again an hour later and the front desk moved them. A few hours later, we got up to leave for our flight and found the trashy people had also left their trash beside our door and an open taco on the floor in front of our door.

Very comfortable rooms, nice location, easy parking.

Room was comfortable and convenient location. Easy check in/out. Bistro was very good for drinks and snacks- not so good for breakfast. Free parking
