Had a good stay. I thought it was stupid to charge nine bucks a night for parking. I'm guessing for security. Well someone should be checking on the guard. I never saw one. That's nine dollars times how many rooms. What's the guard getting sixteen bucks an hour. Just a little scam going on I think.

think its crazy as a hilton rewards member I paid 10 dollars a day for parking. stayed at property in melville and it was 10x nicer. Wont be back

When checking in, we had to pay $10/day for parking in their open lot, which was surrounded by other lots and industries. Breakfast $10/person for cold items. Hot items cost more. Elevators were a bit sketchy. This hotel nickel and dimed the consumer. The house keeping staff were friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The room located at end of hall by elevator is usually noisy but that was not the case at this hotel. I have two minor complaints. First, external doors from the parking lot require the app to open (staff should have mentioned when I asked which extrrnal door was closest to elevator) this was an inconvenience when I first parked and had my hands full with luggage. Second, the fee to park ($10 per car per night) in the parking lot is not mentioned anywhere.

It was a nice property, why the charge 10.00 dllrs for parking and why 100.00 dllrs charge for security, guests without dogs like me, should be allowed to get rooms in higher floors!

The surprise $10 parking put a bad taste in my mouth. The pillows were terrible and I have had a sore neck the last two days. The indoor pool was closed but when you see pictures of a pool when booking, you expect to have use of a pool. The young boy at check out was nice but the older gentleman in a suit was cold.
