The room was fine. The next day, I got an email receipt with a daily parking charge that was never included in any pricing discussion or stated ahead of time. Also, the bartender seemed in need of some training.

Just needed a room for overnight stay for a wedding in town. Close hotel to venue. Went to front desk for price and noticed it was cheaper through hotel.com. Booked it from the app. After checking in had about half hour to get ready. Discovered that there was no hot water. Called front desk but guy never showed after about 15 mins. Decided to leave and was going to ask front desk if there was another room when we got back. As we went to leave noticed room lock was not locking. Had to go downstairs and informed the front desk. They said they sent the guy up. I asked if there was another room on the floor to switch to since now we were late for wedding. Lady at front desk was accomodating and found the room right next door. Went back to move all out stuff over and left. Once we returned only had a few hours to sleep before getting on the road. Had hot water and bed was comfortable, so all good. Just noticed now they charged for parking and tax, they never mentioned it when i checked it. Might of been on the fine print, but since i didn’t have time to check i’ll blame that one on me.

Absolute pleasure! Convenient to airport and my travels. Bonus having a Red Lovster and a Smokey bones in the parking lot!

I didn't the fact that a $12.00 parking fee would be imposed at the end of the stay This should have been made clear before the booking. Also many other hotels always have free coffee available all day long. This hotel charges $2;50 for a pod that you have to make in your room. I will not stay here again.

Always a great experience staying at this nice hotel. My only issue is that you have to pay for parking.
