Stayed three nights. All around very good hotel but kind of in the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness is important and they get 5 stars on that. A few little annoyances, like closet door didn't work well, and the kitchen lacked dish soap, a spatula, etc. The free breakfast was uninspiring. $12/night plus tax for parking outside .... ridiculous! But if you need to be in that area, it's a very good choice!

Was never informed of the $12 parking fee. At check in they asked if I had a car. Saw charge on the bill. $36 extra should have at least been notified

Had to pay $125 for an overnight stay just for pets . No other hotel/motel Charges that much Most charge $25 per stay Huge parking lot and hardly anybody there They charged $12 for parking I use hotels for business all the time Never would i recommend this place A total rip off Staff wasn’t all that nice either Told me I don’t read the small print !!

Nice hotel suites with kitchen facilities , very clean and convenient drive to SBU , the only con with this is the parking fee of $13)/ night inclusive of taxes) .

This was a first time in the area for us and we were a little hesitant to book a week long stay at the property, but boy were we happy we did!!! First off, the staff were A-1 tip top! They were attentive and helpful, and made our stay so comfortable we extended it by two extra days rather than moving to a new hotel. From check in, through an extension, until check out, the staff made our stay absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job at customer service! I cannot speak highly enough of the job they did! I travel extensively and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any traveler coming to this area. Easily one of the better attended hotel stays I've had in years, and I'm not one to easily sing praises. The continental breakfast was good, and even the maintenance staff was awesome when our sink leaked a tiny bit.

I enjoyed the swimming area, which had a whirlpool. The jets on the whirlpool were strong which really helped soothe my aching muscles while traveling. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel, room, and grounds were clean and well taken care of. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. :)
