Comfort Inn Medford - Long Island

I would never stay there again, room was damp and moldy, there were drug deals going on in the parking lot in the evening, no security, side doors were unlocked and there were all kinds coming in and out, no one at the desk watching what was going on. It seemed like rooms were being rented to Social Service recipients or immigrants, not sure which and all theirs friends came at night to stay in the rooms. Very noisy, no supervision.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room that we were given to, by the young man at the desk was overlooking the parking lot and street view, so there was a lot of noise and a lot of lights so we asked to be moved. He moved us up to the second floor, which is basically the same thing at about 4 o’clock in the morning three men were under our windows, making so much noise. We did ask them to move the next day. I went downstairs, and I spoke to Charlie who was Amazing. He helped us to find a room on the side no noise, no street lies. It was the best room ever that we had the bathroom was nice and big in the first two rooms the bathrooms were so small probably a midget can accommodate that but we give a lot of shout out to Charlie. He was amazing and they should be very lucky to have him. Thank you .

Clean, quiet, easy parking, decent breakfast

Check in was needed at 1100...according to the Expedia website early check in was a possibility, however at the hotel this was not possible. And moreover because i reserved thru your site (which is considered as 3rd party reservation) i could not even transfer to a lesser or same level room. I could not cancel my reservation and instead forced by my early arrival in a snowfall, i had to reserve another room costing $135. Sadly wasting a whole other room that would not be available for hours. I think i should be reimbursed for your false advertising of the possibility of early check-in... for the sake of customer please refund or give credit for the xtra $135 i had to pay...thank you

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very accommodating. There is plenty of parking and some very good restaurants within walking distance. The gentleman who worked the front desk- Charlie- he was awesome. I plan to stay again when I return to the area.

Very happy with my stay. Preferred it to the one in Syosset where I usually stay primarily because of the parking situation.

We chose this location as we were moving and this was close to our former home. There was some sort of function at the time we stayed at this location. There was loud music that was played late into the evening. We had to get up at 3:00 AM to start our travel. Not much of a good night sleep.

Hard to sleep due to a lot of noise from room above and in parking lot from 5 AM
