I was given a small room and was denied the opportunity to upgrade even though I offered to pay an increased fee. I was charged for parking even though i had no car.

Our stay was comfortable. We stayed in one of the suites ; the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 younger children. Everything was clean, the service was great. Only complaints would be that the temperature of the pool was quite chilly, the continental breakfast could use some improvement, and that there was a parking fee per day. For the price we paid, a parking fee seems ridiculous.

Our check in was hectic as we were promised an early check in and when we got there, no room was available. It was resolved quickly but we’re not informed we would be billed for parking.
