it was silly to pay daily parking while it is gated parking for residents only. trash cans without trash bags.

The hotel was fine, I have stayed in much worse hotels. The rate was good, but I was made to pay for parking on the property. No warning when I was booking the hotel. I think it was unreasonable to pay for parking where you stay. The staff was ok, not the most curious.

I was doing computer work in my room and got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint. Yes I had the TV on level 8 out of 50. They said there was yelling. Hmmm I was traveling alone. It was not after quiet hours so people really need to get a grasp on things. I suggested I stay on the phone with the front desk and they send security up to verify the noise and where it was coming from. I travel to that area often for business. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fees fees and more fees… almost as much as the room stay itself… not free parking… Rude, outdated elevators, no sanitizer for days in common areas. Don’t be fooled by their marketing tactics…

Airport shuttle service needs better frequency as every 30 min is too slow for the volume of customers needing transportation. Otherwise, good and very clean hotel to stay in prior to a flight at Newark airport.

It was clean, counter representative wasn’t very knowledgeable on policy. I didn’t understand why I was paying for parking $25 per day but at my own risk?

My stay was great. I had a good rest from a long flight (the hotel is located very close to the airport). The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend!
