We were stuck in NYC due to the IT tech airline outage in July. We had to transfer here to fly home from JFK airport. The room was very expensive and somewhat dated. The bathroom was clean.

Absolutely Perfect - from check-in, to a beautiful room, bathroom(where everything works), a quick wonderful meal and finally checking-out and taking the free & friendly shuttle to Airport.

It was as expected. Pretty pricey for what you get but the restaurant was good, staff was good and the place was clean. The shuttle ran on time and took us right to the terminal. All was well. All you can really ask for from an airport hotel. It was also quieter than i expected.

For the price. It was not worth the extra cost. For $500 a night, it should be head and shoulders above the hotels around it, and it is not. It should be connected to the airport for that price and it is not. You have to take the air train out to P4 to catch a shuttle to get there. You can see it from the airport but it is really hard to get to.

Quiet and clean, good size rooms and right by the airport. With a small restaurant on site where you can order breakfast without paying the standard high fee. Also a small convenience shop with sandwiches and drinks if you arrive very late on a flight.

Pre flight overnight stay. Have stayed here before and it was great, the convenience of being on airport premises is ideal. The room was nice but on this occasion the proximity to the ice machine (in an echo ridden tiled alcove) was not ideal. Lots of people trying to fill buckets until about 1am. Right at 5am it sounded like the machine started running to fill the hopper again. So as much as I wanted great sleep I just couldn't get it.
Hotel staff were very helpful on this trip as my travel plans changed hours before I was due to check in and I needed parking. Staff turned my reservation into a stay and park and saved me money and headaches.
