The property profile indicates there is an airport shuttle available but it only brings you to one of the parking garages. From there, you need to use the internal train. Not nearly as convenient as you would expect

I stayed one night traveling from Long Island to Newark for an early morning flight back home. The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower very nice. Parking was easy in the gated hotel lot. I recommend this hotel before or after a flight due to the convenience and condition of the property. Very nice stay!

Stayed for one night before a soccer game at Red Bull. Easy to/from the stadium. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had a lot of things close by (airport, food, etc). Would stay again.

Front desk (Aaron) was great! We arrived late after a very long day of travel and he checked us in fast, helped us with some toiletries and tea for my daughter. And the next morning we were able to get a later check out. Wonderful staff. And breakfast was amazing! Super friendly and great service! We will be back!

My husband and I, arrived at 2;00 pm on the day of our reservation. first thing that we were told was,
It is too early to check in, they let us park the car in their parking lot. We took an UBER and went to have something to eat.. came back at 5:00 pm. We were told that our reservation was at a different location. Accordingly we attempted to go to the “correct” location, 600 US Route 1 & 9 South, which we were unable to locate. The traffic on that highway we found to be difficult to navigate, and appeared to be very dangerous for us as we were not from New Jersey. It seems to us that the hotel located at that location should have more visible signage so that other people can locate it more safely.
We are told to go back to the first location. We explain the situation, that we had been there and they had sent us to there location . By this time we are ready to give up.
We call Expedia, they reconfirm that our reservation are at the Court yard Marriott.
They give us a name of the woman they have spoken with. We go back to the first hotel and we are told that she had left for the day.
I was ready to scream by now. We are exhausted, my husband is 79, years old and I am 77. We just park in front of IHG One Rewards, and book another reservation.
It was less expensive by $60. And the staff was wonderful! We after calling for the third time to Expedia. We find out, that they have missed spelled our name in the reservation. It was a very bad experience. It was 9:30 by now

Very clean and efficient! Rooms were spacious. Loved the little coffee maker, excellent for my super early flight!

The hotel is in a area where it is impossible to walk anywhere. Highways on both side. Our room was clean, however, the toilet is way to small and low to the floor. Challenge if you have a mobility problem or are a tall person. The air conditioner was noisy as was the room. Very poor sound proofing. We were woken up at 1:00am with a yelling and shouting match going on above us that went out in to the patio outside. Doors slamming as well. We paid over $300.00 for a night and this hotel and it doesn't rate that much for a night of no sleep. Booking a hotel a couple of weeks from your trip is a chance as the prices go up but there are many hotels in the area which are nicer. I went by reviews and this one didn't seem to bad. I complained about the noise and the clerk responded " Saturday night and acted like it was not a big deal. I told her this was not worth the $300.00 it cost. Never again when we travel to Newark for a cruise would we stay here again. Likely to pick a hotel close to the mall and restaurants where you can walk to like the ones on International Drive.

Hotels.com sell the parking for additional -when you arrive hotel advises they do not offer parking package with hotels.com. You need to pay directly to hotel for parking. I am not sure what the additional is for .

Got to the hotel late after our EWR flight was cancelled. Grabbed one of two Hotels.com rooms left. The staff was great guiding us by phone from Terminal A to the hotel shuttles, which is a haul and not intuitive at all. The shower and some other minor details could use some TLC and upgrades, but as an airport hotel overnight pick, it was perfect.
